The Mercado de la Encarnación in Seville is located in "Las Setas" (The Mushrooms) in reference to the modern architectural structure (Metropol Parasol). It is one of the most modern and innovative food markets in the world. Located in the Plaza de la Encarnación, it offers around forty stalls offering a variety of fresh produce such as fish, fruit, vegetables and cured meats. It is also notable for its location above the Antiquarium (archaeological site) and for its panoramic terrace which offers a 360° view of the city.
